My pedal is broken; what next?

All pedals are warrantied against defect for 2 years from the date of purchase.  

Failures within 30 days from purchase will be repaired with all shipping charges paid for.  After that, owner is responsible for shipping charges.

Should something go wrong, just drop me a line and we'll get it sorted out.

The following damages will not be covered:

• scratches or other cosmetic damage resulting from mishandling/misuse
• broken/cracked knobs due to mishandling
• circuit damage resulting from incorrect voltage applied or polarity other than what is specified
• Water damage (yeah... That apparently happens)

Pedals damaged from that rock and roll water skiing session?  Get in touch, I'd love to hear about that!  

Of course if you are outside of warranty, I'll still make repairs for a small fee.

Unfortunately we cannot refund a returned pedal after it has been shipped.  As a very small one man shop, I cannot afford to buy back pedals.  Apologies for any inconvenience but my goal is to provide a pedal that you will not want to let go of anyhow!
